THE PROJECT

This 18-storey residential project entails a complete facade upgrade and various remedial works. It includes replacing 180 leaking windows. 18 levels of scaffold have been installed, including a lifting zone to allow materials-handling in high wind. Detailed planning was required to ensure windows are installed when occupants were available.

Our full-time site team has successfully managed to keep literally hundreds of owners and tenants informed and satisfied on a day-to-day basis.

THE PROJECT

Working in a predominantly live environment, this project required the replacement of 108 bathrooms and a complete upgrade to the building’s façade. The façade works required the removal and replacement of all the render to the entire complex and the installation of a new acrylic render and specialised coating system.

To complete this work, the entire building was wrapped in scaffolding. The owners are delighted with the project outcome.

THE PROJECT

CJDuncan are presently completing the facade upgrade and remedial works to this building in Fairlight. The high level scope is to replace over 431 glass balustrade panels to all balconies and appliy a new coating system to the balcony upturns.

The building is 16 levels high and the use of a mask climber for materials handling was required. To ensure the project is completed on time and to the required standard it have resourced the project with a full time project manage and site foreman.
