CJ Duncan is a remedial building & engineering specialist, serving strata managers, strata schemes, project managers, engineers, and architects for over a decade.

Our business has been responsible for the repair and refurbishment of numerous damaged and aging buildings, completing projects of this nature up to $4 million in value. Our completed remedial projects include residential, commercial, civic & education buildings. In many cases we are required to sensitively manage construction activities around occupied residential strata buildings or commercial office space.

In response to the growing demand of remedial building services we have assembled an experienced team of Projects Managers, Site Supervisors and Foremen, skilled in this highly specialised and complex form of building. Coupled with this in-house team is a network of highly experienced tradesmen familiar with the complexities of remedial projects and the challenges these jobs bring.
