Melrose Parade, Clovelly

Value – Approximately $4 million

  • Remedial Waterproofing of balconies and planter boxes to an existing medium density apartment complex.
  • This project included the complete refurbishment of several apartments that were affected by water ingress and structural integrity issues.
  • Several residents were carefully relocated whilst the works took place.
  • The remaining residents remained in place whilst works were undertaken around them.

Salisbury Road, Rosebay

Value – Approximately $1,500,000

  • Completed through the Vero Home Owners Warranty Scheme
  • Completion of 3 highly finish apartments
  • Waterproofing of planter boxes and balconies was completed
  • Correction of cavity and sill flashings were required
  • Finished with state of the art appliances and technology throughout
  • Kitchen and bathrooms all completed with top of the range fittings and fixtures

Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills

Value – Approximately $950,000

  • Remedial works to a block of 30 apartments
  • Replacement of waterproofing to leaking planter boxes and balconies, including retiling as required
  • Installation of required control joints to stop cracking
  • Repairs to render where cracked and ‘drummy’
  • Application of façade membrane to entire building
  • Scaffolding of entire building was required

Hoxton Park Road Cartwright

Value – Approximately $1,500,000

  • Reconstruction of 3 fire destroyed industrial units
  • Structural steel and precast concrete panel construction
  • Completed under a tight program to minimize insurance company exposure
  • Mezzanine office fit outs with toilet and kitchen facilities

Alexandra Street, Tamarama

Value – Approximately $350,000

  • Completed through the HIH Government Rescue Package
  • 6 architecturally designed apartments
  • Waterproofing to planter boxes and balconies was completed
  • Due to failed bathroom membranes complete replacement was required
  • Exposed structural steel elements were wire brushed and correctly primed to handle the seaside conditions
  • General defects and poor workmanship were corrected throughout all units
