CJ Duncan recently completed 8 school projects via the Federal Governments Building Education Revolution (BER) program.
The complete portfolio of school projects, amounting to $16 million in contract value, was undertaken in conjunction with Bovis Lend Lease and the Department of Education and Training.

CJ Duncan was recently appointed to the Macquarie Group’s commercial construction panel.

We will be working with Macquarie Group to deliver a range of commercial fitout projects across Macquarie Group’s portfolio of commercial office buildings in NSW.

CJ Duncan is undertaking a major upgrade of the hospitality and retail areas of Sydney’s Westmead Hospital.

This project includes the fitout of three stand-alone cafes, a food court incorporating 200 internal seats and a further 100 outdoor seats, a pharmacy, newsagent, bank, gift shops and various hospital administrative functions. We are proud to be working with our client Zouki and NSW Health, in liaison with RED Design to deliver this project.

CJ Duncan is working with leading insurers to help rebuild homes and businesses in Queensland following the significant and widespread flooding in December 2010 to January 2011.
