CHRIS DUNCAN Founder and Managing Director Chris Duncan is the Managing Director of CJDuncan Builders, which he founded in 1979. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of CJDuncan and with a hands-on approach that is the hallmark of his management style. Chris is personally involved in the company's day-to-day business across all departments. With a detailed construction background Chris Duncan has built a successful and respected company. With over 25 years of building experience Chris Duncan brings detailed building understanding and knowledge. This knowledge has allowed this company to grow steadily over the last 20 years. BEN DUNCAN Bachelor of Building Director Ben acts as construction manager for the firms’ larger projects, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations. His role involves all aspects of project delivery with a particular emphasis on implementing strategies to achieve operational efficiencies. Another key area of Ben’s role is human resource management with responsibilities for strategic recruitment, succession planning and performance management, training and development for all staff. Ben has a detailed knowledge of the insurance restoration sector. Ben has comprehensive experience in reporting and specification writing having worked on a variety of major disasters in New South Wales and Canberra between 1996 and 2002. Email Ben Duncan
